Fast Fourier Transform: Radix-2 DIT FFT, Radix-2 DIF FFT, Radix-4 DIT FFT, Pipelining of FFT Algorithms, Inverse FFT and their implementation using FPGAs. Finite FIR filters: Efficient DSP architecture for FIR filters using, pipelining parallel processing, fine grain pipelining, retiming and parallel processing. Implementation of these architectures using FPGAs. Matched Filters, Convolution, Correlation, and their implementation using FPGAs. Digital modulation techniques implementation using QPSK, QAM, LTE, OFDM waveforms Source and channel coding algorithm implement using FPGAs: Prefix coding, Shannon-Fano coding: block codes, cyclic codes and convolution codes: Encoder and decoder implementation using FPGAs
